Green Power Smoothie

  • 1 cucumber washed and 60% of skin removed
  • 1 Apple needs to be sweet not sour, stem and core removed
  • large handful of Baby Spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh Ginger
  • 1 cup Crushed Ice


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Depending on the power of your blender, you might need to chop vegetables and fruits into smaller pieces.
  2. Blend and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

1) You may want to adjust the amount of ginger. I tend to add a good tablespoon but my husband finds this overwhelming. Start off with a little amount and add more as you blend to find out how much you prefer.
