Whole Wheat Flour

cup
Whole Cane Sugar

teaspoon
Baking Powder

Bananas
mashed
½
cup
Vegetable Oil
½
cup
Soy Milk
or other plant based milk
½
cup
Cranberries
dried
½
cup
Dark Chocolate
chopped or Chocolate chips
½
teaspoon
Salt
Frosting

Instructions
Preheat oven to 355F (180C). Grease and flour muffin pan or line with muffin cups.
Cream together sugar, mashed bananas, oil and milk in a medium sized mixing bowl. Set aside.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Add to bananas mixture with a wooden spoon. Fold in cranberries and chocolate.
Fill each muffin cup ⅔ full with mixture and bake in oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before decorating with frosting.
